Find a beautiful red rose and hold it in front of you. Smell and absorb the fragrance. Explore the complexity of the the unfolding petals. Softly stroke your cheek and neck . Say to yourself, “Without me this flower would have no fragrance. Without me, this rose would have no color. Without me, this flower would have no texture.”
As you remove yourself from the physical sensations, the rose is nothing but atoms and energy existing in the universe. It is your experience at this moment that creates the beauty of the rose.
